Remember This? A Nostalgia Card Game
Être prévenu du lancementStatut actuel
Remember This? is a card game about getting to know people through the memories you forgot you had.
Every turn, someone draws a Question card:
"What did your ringtone used to be?"
"What snack disappeared from existence?"
"We don’t do ___ anymore."
They answer, and everyone else plays Action cards to take the story further. You might have to retell it as breaking news, slip in one made-up detail for the table to spot, or pick the song that belongs with it. The storyteller chooses which Actions to play, and the players whose cards get picked score a point.
It’s playful, a little competitive, and every round ends with someone yelling
“WAIT, I remember that!”

Why I made it
When I moved to New York for college, I kept catching myself telling old stories to connect with people. Somewhere along the way I noticed something: no matter where we were from, we always found common ground. We grew up countries apart, and we still remembered the same kinds of things.
That shared nostalgia is where Remember This? started. I made it to help other people find that common ground too, whether they’re old friends or just met.
I’m Varini, a brand designer in New York, and I’ve designed every card in this game myself.
Tested at real tables
I’ve playtested it with groups of friends and strangers. The friends who’d known each other since college fought over points. The group of strangers left knowing each other better. Same game, two completely different nights, and both groups wanted to play again.
