Ancient Egypt faces uncertain times, and many people are searching for a new place to call home. As a settler, you'll venture into untamed lands, gather resources, and build a thriving community where others can find safety and a fresh start. With careful planning and hard work, you can help your settlement prosper through the challenges ahead.

Did you know that the Sahara was once a much greener place, with grasslands, lakes, and rivers? Thousands of years ago, a changing climate gradually transformed much of this landscape into the vast desert we know today.

By the time of Ancient Egypt, the desert had already spread across much of the region, while the Nile remained a lifeline of fertile land amid the sands. Our game takes place in this harsh environment, where most of the surrounding territory is covered by sand, and every resource matters.

Fish can feed your first villagers, but you’ll need to grow Wheat to meet your settlement’s long-term food needs. Wheat Fields produce twice as much food as Fish, but require nearby water or irrigation canals.

Soil is your most valuable terrain, and you’ll often face difficult choices about how to use it. Grow Wheat for food, produce Clay for construction, or, if Acacia trees are present, build a Timber Yard to produce Wood.
